Our 5th Annual Paint the Town Paint Out will, once again be in conjunction to the Monroeville Literary Festival (MLF) and we will have a joint schedule of events. We will share the Shop at 66 event space for the Meet the Artist event(Thursday evening), Literary Festival Banquet (Friday evening), Festival luncheon(Saturday), and the Wet Paint Sale(Saturday afternoon). Artwork will be on display at all the aforementioned events.
Artist: The Shop at 66 will also be our gallery space for entire paint out and festival so paintings can be dropped off as they are completed. We will have an educational component for students from Monroeville Middle School this year so each participant needs to commit to painting on the “square” for at least one of the scheduled times Friday & Saturday. Additionally, it will give festival goers the opportunity to see you work while boosting exposure for the Wet Paint Sale. There will be monetary awards for Best of Show, Quick Draw (professional & amateur), Memorial Prizes and we will also have a purchase award. Check back for registration details.
